NaturaGart Diving Park Ibbenbüren
Sunken temples, caves and underwater ruins: the diving park in Ibbenbüren is considered the largest artificial diving lake in Europe – around 15 minutes by car from the hotel.
A world of its own underwater
In the diving park, grottoes, tunnels, walls and temple ruins await you, along with sturgeon, carp, pike and perch. You dive with a valid diving certificate; the dive centre also offers taster dives, courses and further training.
A visit is worthwhile without a diving certificate too: the grounds have garden and water landscapes, footpaths and places to eat.
Tips for divers
Back at the hotel, warm up in the living room with coffee or tea – around the clock.
- Booking recommended – places fill up quickly at weekends.
- A sack truck or a wheeled dive case helps on the way from the car park.
- There is usually one dive map with route guidance per buddy team.
- Opening times and prices are set by NaturaGart for each season.
