- 1 · Code by e-mailThe day before you arrive, you receive your four-digit door code. If you book on the day of arrival, it arrives the same day.
- 2 · Type it in and confirmYour code works from 12 noon: enter it on the keypad and confirm with ✓. Check-in is from 3 pm – an earlier check-in from 12 noon is free of charge. Request it in the online guest folder; as soon as your room is ready, you receive the confirmation automatically.

Formerly Hotel Stratmann, today Privathotel Riesenbeck: together with our four children we took over the house and converted it so that you can move around freely. Our team is there in the mornings until 2 pm – after that, your door code lets you in everywhere and you can reach us by phone and via the online guest folder.

From 3 pm. Your door code already works from 12 noon: you can request an earlier check-in from 12 noon free of charge in the online guest folder – as soon as your room is ready, the confirmation arrives automatically.
When do I have to check out?
By 11 am, also at weekends. A later check-out until 2 pm is available on request for €35 – every day.
Can I bring my dog?
In some rooms on request, €10 per night.
Are there group rates?
For 15 rooms or more, we’re happy to make you an individual offer.
Can I cancel free of charge?
Up to 3 rooms: until one day before arrival. 4 rooms or more: until three days before arrival, after that we charge the full price.
