Arrival & parking

Enter “Bevergerner Straße, Hörstel-Riesenbeck” into your satnav. From there, two entrances lead to our car parks; the hotel entrance is by the terrace. Our postal address, Sünte-Rendel-Straße 5, only has a few spaces along the roadside.

Finding your room

The first digit of your room number is the floor. The lift goes to all room floors.

Ground floor: rooms 001–004
1st floor: rooms 101–115
2nd floor: rooms 201–209
3rd floor: rooms 301–302

Good to know

The guest kitchen is on the mezzanine between the 1st and 2nd floor and can only be reached by the stairs. The terrace has step-free access. If you need help with luggage or getting around, just let us know.

Check-in with your door code

There’s no queue at reception here. Our team is in the house until about 2 pm; after that you let yourself in with your personal four-digit door code. Check-in is from 3 pm – the code already works from 12 noon.

Code by email. The day before you arrive. If you book on the day of arrival, it comes the same day.
Enter it. Type the code on the keypad next to the door and confirm with the tick ✓.
Push the door. It is now unlocked for a few seconds.

The same code opens all front doors, your room, the guest kitchen and the bike garage – and activates the EV charging station.

Arriving early

Check-in is from 3 pm. Early check-in from 12 noon is free of charge: request it in the online guest folder – as soon as your room is ready, you’ll get the confirmation automatically. You can also drop off your luggage with us earlier.

The door won’t open?

Enter the code again slowly. If that doesn’t help, press the bell on the keypad or call us: +49 5454 3969895. We won’t leave you standing outside.

When is someone here?

Our team is in the house from 6:15 am until 2 pm. After that you can reach us by phone, and our digital assistant Max answers questions around the clock.

In your room

Air conditioning, blinds, TV, Wi-Fi – it’s all quickly explained. You can pick up extra pillows, blankets and towels at the pillow bar on the ground floor.

Rooms 201–209, 301 and 302: by phone or on the control panel

In these rooms you control heating, air conditioning and blinds conveniently with your phone – or on the three-column control panel in the bedroom.

Left – blinds: arrow up or down. Tap again while they are moving to stop them.
Middle – heating: arrow up for warmer, arrow down for cooler. The temperature is shown on the display.
Right – air conditioning: tap the fan symbol once: on. Twice: more power. Three times: off. It switches itself off when the window is open.

On the ground floor and 1st floor you adjust the heating as usual with the radiator dial.

Room 302 has roof windows with built-in blackout blinds instead of electric blinds. In Studio 301 the floor-to-ceiling windows and the door to the roof terrace have electric blinds, the roof windows blackout blinds.

Switch on with the red button at the top left. Change channels with the number keys or CH, volume with VOL. Netflix and Prime Video have their own buttons; you’ll find more apps under “Home”. Back to live TV: “Source” and “TV”.

EV charging

There are four charging stations at the first entrance. They are activated with your door code and billed through the hotel.

Select number 1 to 4 on the charging point and confirm with ✓.
Enter your door code.
Confirm once more with ✓ – charging starts.

The online guest folder shows you live which charging point is free.

Bike garage & workshop

Behind the house you can park your bike safe and dry. The garage is lockable, opens with your code and has 25 charging points for e-bikes. Next to it: a small workshop with a compressor, special tools and spare inner tubes.

Laundry service

Travelling for a while or just back from a day at a tournament? We’ll wash, dry and fold your laundry for €12. Talk to us in the morning or write to us via “Send us a request” in the online guest folder.

Departure & payment

Check-out is by 11 am – at weekends and on public holidays too. You usually pay after breakfast in the living room. Would you like to stay longer? Late check-out until 2 pm costs €35 and is possible every day – request it in the online guest folder.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, German debit cards (girocard) and cash. If the invoice should be made out to your company, enter the company details in advance in the online guest folder – it will then be ready for you at check-out. If your company covers the costs, we bill personal extras from the digital tally sheet separately.
