Three ideas for your hike

Tip: combine your hike with a stop at Gravenhorst Monastery or stop for a bite in Riesenbeck on the way back.

Short evening stroll: along the Dortmund-Ems Canal, a few minutes from the hotel.
To the Schöne Aussicht: around 20 minutes uphill on foot, with a view over the Münsterland at the top.
Day hike to the Dörenther Klippen: Teutoschleife of approx. 9–10 km through woodland and along ridge paths, past the “Crouching Woman”.
